Supporting an active, vibrant, and healthy community.

Our donations support projects that promote active lifestyles, enhance education opportunities, and nurture strong connections within our community. These programs and initiatives make the Bow Valley a better place for people to live, raise families, and enjoy mountain life.

 We will fund initiatives that:

 • Create opportunities to embrace our mountain culture, education, and recreation
• Make our community a positive place to build a career, live, and raise a family
• Positively impact our social service and community networks
• Improve the visitor experience
• Enhance infrastructure to beautify public areas and promote active transportation.

Our Impact

We’re proud to support Banff’s new Rotary Park. It’s a vibrant community space where families play basketball, climb on the playground, and meet new friends. Shared spaces like this are designed to bring people together—check it out, have fun, and spread some joy this summer.
Banff's Big Red Ride kicked off on June 4 for the summer season. This four-person bike helps seniors and folks with mobility challenges enjoy a ride outside without the strain of excessive pedaling. Participants can pedal as much or as little as they'd like, enjoying a battery-assisted boost that helps them exercise in an accessible way.

The Big Red Ride is resource that promotes fitness and community connection—share it with a friend or neighbour.

How did your family celebrate #BikeMonth?

This June, @banfftown offered bike programs for kids of all ages. This included bike maintenance clinics, the “Bike Bus” for students to ride to school together, and a bike rodeo for kids aged 1-6-years-old. The pump track at Sundance Park is another Town-funded resource that gets kids stoked about cycling.

We’re a proud supporter of the Town’s recreation programs for residents. Find out what bike programs are in Banff and get involved: https://banff.ca/968/Banff-Bike-Month
"The Nancy Pauw Bridge is more than just a pathway, it's a beautiful symbol of how we connect as a community," says Mayor Corrie DiManno.

"Every step and ride across it brings us closer together, inspiring active living, moments of delight, and a deeper bond to this special place. I feel pure joy watching residents and visitors use the bridge, especially when I’m out here enjoying too."

We couldn't agree more, Mayor DiManno. Together, we are building a more active, vibrant Banff.
